Endacopia Ending C Guide: Stay / Family Ending

Ending C and Stay are the same route

The game labels the ending card Ending C: “Family.” Steam’s associated hidden achievement is Stay. Guides may use any of those three names for the same outcome.

Verified final sequence

1. Reach the late-game return to Mellow’s bedroom.
2. Defeat Clocky in the encounter there.
3. Use the bedroom computer’s Super-Saver. This is the best observed save point before committing to the ending.
4. Leave the room and follow the organic, flesh-colored passage.
5. Equip the red Scalpel and use it on the blocked section of the route.
6. Crawl through until you reach the Surgeon and the Endoscopia chart.
7. Ask any lore questions you want, then select STOP ASKING QUESTIONS.
8. Let the following scene and credits run. The ending notification reads ENDING C: "FAMILY."

Are the Surgeon questions required?

The dedicated Ending C run asks many optional questions, but the ending scene begins only after Stop asking questions is selected. No observed evidence shows that a particular lore question is mandatory, so use them for story information rather than as a code.

If Ending C does not start

• The flesh route is blocked: confirm the Scalpel is still available and selected.
• You are stuck in the Surgeon menu: choose Stop asking questions.
• You expected the achievement before the credits: allow the ending scene to finish.
• You are not back in Mellow’s bedroom: this guide begins at the final return-home state, not the first Chapter 1 visit.

What this guide has—and has not—verified

The complete final segment from the Clocky fight to the Family ending has been checked frame by frame, and the Ending C / Stay mapping is independently confirmed. The exact full-game choices required to reach that late-game state have not yet been published by a complete independent text guide.
