Who this policy covers

This policy covers Endacopia Field Guide, an independent and unofficial player guide available at https://endacopia.site. It does not cover the game, its developer or publisher, or websites linked from a guide.

What happens when you load a page

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Like other hosting, content-delivery, and security providers, it may process technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser or user-agent information, network diagnostics, and security signals. This is used to deliver pages, keep the service reliable, and detect abuse.

We do not receive your name merely because you read a page. We do not claim a fixed infrastructure-log retention period because that may depend on the provider, security event, and account configuration.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures page views, sessions and engagement. It starts automatically for US visitors unless they have refused Analytics or their browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Visitors elsewhere, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, are asked first. If location lookup fails, Analytics remains off until allowed. Enhanced Measurement is disabled: we do not automatically collect searches, forms, downloads or outbound clicks. This site does not send custom Endacopia events. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site's tag configuration; User-ID and cross-domain tracking are not configured.

Advertising

Endacopia Field Guide offers responsive labeled Adsterra banners on the homepage, category pages, and guide pages. The first-screen placement is 728 × 90 on desktop or 320 × 50 on mobile; screens at least 1480 pixels wide may also receive one 160 × 600 right-side banner. Guide pages keep one additional 300 × 250 banner after the complete guide body and before the source record. The Clown Puzzle guide may also add one lazy 320 × 50 banner within the article on mobile, up to two lazy 728 × 90 banners within the article on ordinary desktop, or one on extra-wide desktop where the right rail is present. This keeps the full page at no more than three banners on mobile and four on desktop. These article banners load only near the viewport and never refresh automatically. Guide detail pages may also request one provider-native Social Bar placement after three seconds of continuous visible time, no more than once per 24 hours in this browser. Social Bar may appear as an interstitial or another provider-selected rich-media shape. The delay restarts if the tab is hidden, and Adsterra controls its size, creative, and close interface. About, Editorial, Privacy, and 404 pages remain ad-free. The approved advertising loads by default when its route, viewport, delay, and frequency rules match. This site uses local storage to remember the last interstitial request time. Adsterra and its advertising partners may process technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, page and referrer information, ad interactions, and cookies or similar storage for ad delivery, fraud prevention, security, reporting, and measurement. Affiliate tracking

No affiliate links or affiliate tracking are in use.

We use a no-cache request to this site's Cloudflare location endpoint to select the Analytics default. Only its country field is used; the trace response and IP are not stored or sent to Google by this code. No Google tag or measurement request is sent while waiting for a required choice. Advertising is enabled by default on the approved routes. The site stores only your Analytics choice in this control. Choosing Allow analytics loads Google's tag; choosing No thanks keeps it off or withdraws consent. Advertising is independent from this choice. The hosting and security layer may still use essential technologies to provide or protect the site.

When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and receives page paths, device/browser information and engagement metadata. URL query strings and fragments are removed from the page location and referrer supplied to Google. This site does not put correction email content, the anonymous outcome browser identifier, or the solved / still stuckoutcome choice into Google Analytics. Google processes enabled analytics data under its ownPrivacy Policy.

Anonymous guide outcome trial

The Clown Puzzle guide offers an optional “solved it” or “still stuck” answer. If you use it, a random browser identifier is stored in local storage and converted on the server into a one-way keyed hash. We store only that hash, the guide path, your current answer, and the update time. We do not store the raw browser identifier, name, email, comment, or raw IP with the answer. You can change your answer; only aggregate totals are displayed. The identifier and your answer are not sent to Google Analytics.

When you send a correction

Emailing corrections@endacopia.site is voluntary. A report may contain your email address, message, page URL, game version, and any evidence link or attachment you choose to provide.

Spaceship provides the forwarding route for this public address. The destination mailbox provider also processes the message so it can be received. Reports are used to investigate the correction, reply when useful, preserve an evidence trail, and prevent abuse.

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for site delivery, security, correction review, record integrity, or legal obligations. Access is limited to the services and account holders needed to run those functions. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Google Analytics retention is controlled in the GA4 property; Google's aggregated reports and service records may follow different retention rules. Adsterra and participating advertising providers control their service records under their own policies. The guide-outcome service follows the separate limited storage boundary described above.

External links

Guides link to official stores, developer material, videos, and independent references. An enabled advertisement may also link to an advertiser selected through Adsterra. Opening any of those links sends you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. A source or ad link is not an endorsement of that service's data handling.

Children's privacy

The site is a general-audience game guide and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Do not include private or sensitive personal information in a correction report.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated before materially changing client-side analytics, expanding advertising, enabling affiliate tracking, or adding another material data use. The effective date at the top will change when the policy changes.
